Kitchell has partnered with Native American communities for more than 25 years. In 1999, we demonstrated our commitment with the creation of our Native American Division. This group of specialists has the training and personal commitment to understand each community’s priorities, cultural traditions and government processes.
Proven success across a range of projects
From our initial work in remote areas, we gradually broadened our services throughout the West. We have the staffing and resources to fully support our Native American clients on a variety of construction projects including hotel/casinos, office/industrial, land development, school and other community projects. In 1999, Kitchell became the first Arizona-based contractor to be a licensed casino vendor with the state of Arizona.
The flexibility to meet your project needs
Our goal at Kitchell is to maximize employment and training opportunities for local community members on every Native American project. We coordinate with the local TERO office to ensure success in this regard and have always met our clients’ TERO requirements.
We tailor an approach to delivering services to meet your needs and are able to deliver projects using various approaches, including construction manager/general contractor, developer/builder and owner representative.
