Perched atop the Santa Ynez Mountains with views of the Pacific, this build-out of four ranch-style cottages, tennis complex and driving range transformed this avocado and equestrian ranch into a tranquil retreat.

Reunited with a past client and architect, the team worked in a collaborative environment leading to the successful completion of this unique property. The transformation of this ranch included items such as the integration of antique beams, remilled aged wooden floors, Santa Barbara sandstone veneer walls and reclaimed brick pathways from Europe.
