A new $339.8 million, 383,000 SF courthouse with 35 courtrooms and two hearing rooms. The site includes 385 surface parking spaces for court visitors and staff and 40 secure parking spaces. Designed for sustainability, the project is LEED Gold certified and has won multiple awards including:
