Mark brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across operations, strategy, and business excellence. With a diverse background spanning general contracting, owner consulting, and PM/CM, he’s consistently built high-performing teams and delivered meaningful, lasting impact.

In this new role, Mark will lead our operations function—aligning project delivery with Kitchell CEM’s 10-year vision, 5-year strategy, driving process optimization, and strengthening collaboration across teams for our people, operations, and clients. Welcome aboard, Mark!

Construction is flying at @flysmf! The Executive Construction is flying at @flysmf!  The Executive Program Management team (Accenture, Kitchell and Chrysalis Global) was on site recently checking in on the progress of the new Pedestrian Walkway and Terminal B Parking Garage projects, designed to improve connectivity and access. The Pedestrian Walkway project encompasses four moving walkways, four escalators and three elevators, and the Parking Garage includes guided and reserved parking, and EV charging stations - all of which is intended to create an elevated travel experience for every passenger. Kitchell is proud to partner with Accenture and Sacramento County Department of Airports on the SMForward Program!

For more than 22 years, Lisa has helped shape Kitchell’s trajectory—strengthening client relationships, sharpening strategy, and paving the way into new markets. Now leading business development and marketing across Arizona and Texas, she’ll guide our efforts as we execute our five-year growth strategies.

Her leadership also extends beyond the business—raising over $1M for local nonprofits through the Build Fore Good golf tournament she co-founded and serving as a respected voice in the industry on multiple boards.

Once a vehicle storage facility for a local dealership, this three-story, 867-stall structure has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern staff parking facility for the City of Mesa.
