Employees are eligible for 401(k) upon hire and may elect to defer up to 50% of their salary. Kitchell matches 25% of an employee’s first 6% of contributions. The annual match eligibility and vesting schedule is the same as the profit sharing.
Our coverage includes benefits to cover yourself and others in your family through a CDHP (Consumer-Driven Health Plan), which utilizes an HSA (Health Savings Account), allowing you to put aside pre-tax dollars each week to pay for health, dental and vision care.
