A new $62.1 million project consisting of four two-story, 39,200 SF office buildings which will house the Departments of Public Health and Social Services, consolidating services that are currently housed at multiple locations. The project includes infrastructure improvements for water and sewer, road and lighting enhancements, visitor parking and secure employee parking. Additional features include a photovoltaic system which will also provide shade structures throughout the parking lot, and a health trail around the perimeter of the complex, complete with exercise stations and landscaping to help mitigate carbon footprint and improve green space for public use.
