    A new $59 million, 160-bed adult detention facility, funded by a combination of lease revenue bonds made available by AB 900 and county bond measures.

  • Shasta County Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility

    A new $18.7 million, 46,627 SF juvenile rehabilitation facility funded by SB 81. The 90-bed facility replaces the existing 56-bed juvenile justice center in order to increase inmate capacity and meet current standards for juvenile rehabilitation facilities.

  • Ak-Chin Multipurpose Justice Center

    A new $17.9 million, 54,600 SF facility housing tribal courts, police and detention facilities, office suites for prosecutors, public defenders, probation program, clerk offices and judges’ chambers.

  • County of Riverside, Alan M. Crogan Youth Treatment & Education Center

    A $38.4 million project including demolition of an existing 24,000 SF building and design and construction of a new, approximately 61,000 SF single story building to address the needs of approximately 106 high-risk juvenile offenders.

  • Santa Barbara County, Northern Branch Jail

    A new $88.9 million, 135,000 SF, 376-bed jail, of which 32 beds are dedicated to medical and mental health beds in a specialized housing unit.
