Our work in multifamily has been a strategic, concerted effort to leverage our land holdings for the most appropriate use for the community, with careful consideration of environment, surroundings, demographics and demand. The projects have performed extremely well with high occupancy.

    This 382-unit community opened in a prime corridor as the first large-scale, luxury multifamily residence to open in Arizona after a two-year drought.

  • Villas at San Dorado

    In the shadows of Oro Valley’s Santa Catalina Mountains, this community was greeted with major fanfare from leaders and residents. Part of the San Dorado mixed-use development that includes adjacent retail.

  • San Marquis

    This 224-unit complex enhanced an area with a shortage of luxury communities. Proximity to ASU, Tempe and downtown Scottsdale make it a prime location with high value and occupancy.

  • San Posada

    San Posada was the first luxury multifamily community built in the family-friendly Mesa area in more than two decades. The open, expansive design aesthetic is appealing for families and sophisticated renters who are considering establishing permanent roots in the area.

  • San Sonoma

    San Sonoma is an expansive 590-unit community in a growing area, meeting the needs of major tech employers in the area and answering a call in the submarket for resort-style luxury living for growing families.
