    Center filled a critical need for a neighborhood grocery in growing area. Developed and managed by Kitchell, the 22-acre project is Arizona’s first LEED Gold certified retail center.

    Anchored by Costco, Kohl’s, Ross, JoAnn Fabrics, Old Navy and Chili’s, this center is adjacent to the 38-acre Big League Dreams. Amazon recently opened a one million square-foot distribution center in nearby Tracy, Calif.

    Chandler Heights Marketplace is situated within an affluent submarket of Phoenix, and boasts an outstanding location at the prominent intersection. The old-town vibe is a tribute to the community’s western heritage.

We had a hand in transforming the “sleepy little town of Scottsdale” into the shopping mecca it is today with the construction of a Goldwater’s department store at the intersection of Camelback and Scottsdale roads (in 1957), setting the stage for the go-to retail destination known as Scottsdale Fashion Square. Our most recent work on the mall is going on right now; in addition to building a vast space for Dick’s Sporting Goods, we’re moving the beloved indie-movie house Camelview 5 to its new home right next to Barney’s New York.
