As we close our 75 for 75 journey, it feels only right to end where Kitchell has always begun: with our people.

That legacy came fully to life at our 75 and Forward celebration in December, where employees from across the company gathered in one place to honor where we’ve been and to look ahead together. It was more than an anniversary event. It was a powerful reminder of who we are and where we are going.

We celebrated the generations of employees who built Kitchell’s reputation through hard work and integrity. We recognized the people who continue to raise the bar every day. And we shared our vision for the future—one rooted in the same values Sam spoke about all those years ago, now carried forward by team members across the organization.
