The ribbon is cut! We are bursting with pride to celebrate the grand opening of the new May Lee State Office Complex with our fantastic client @dgscalif. This innovative project represents the culmination of years of hard work and collaboration with our amazing industry partners @dreyfussblackford, @henselphelps, @zgfarchitects and @arupgroup. At approximately 1.25 million SF, this complex is one of the largest zero-net carbon facilities in the country. This unique facility finds its name in another one-of-a-kind force of nature - May Lee, the longest-serving California state employee with 79 years of service.
