A new $42 million, three-story, 65,708 SF building which adds to the Institute’s existing 185,000 SF research facility. The complex five-phase project expands the current facility and supports the Institute’s work in stem cell research to treat age-related conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. The project consists of laboratories, offices, conference rooms, a fitness center and cafeteria. The project has been awarded LEED certification and the 2012 WCCC Exceptional Project Award – New Construction.
