A continuing program totaling $2.5 million annually assisting the City in conducting facility condition assessments (FCA) for all city-owned properties in the portfolio managed by the Public Works Department. The customer departments supported by this program are Police, Fire, Libraries, Human Services, Parks and Recreation, Neighborhood Services, Information Technology, Arts and Culture, City Clerk and Public Works. Kitchell was tasked with developing the scope of the FCAs, procuring the vendors/contractors, coordinating and scheduling the field work, reviewing the reports and capturing the data for use by the City Asset Manager.
