A new $274 million, 11-story, 372,000 SF, LEED Platinum certified office building providing workspace for 1,150 tenants including California Health & Human Services, the Department of State Hospitals and the Department of Developmental Services. Work included demolition of the existing California Department of Food & Agriculture Annex and construction of the new facility. The new building, which is Zero Net Energy certified by DGS, is a highly efficient, sustainable, technologically advanced and structurally resilient facility providing tenants with great views of Sacramento, daylighting, comfortable heating and cooling, work areas supporting teamwork and collaboration, a food court,  coffee shop and fitness/wellness gym and a 25-space underground parking garage.
