HIGH PURITY H2O2 PURIFICATION PLANT
Design-build, fast-track construction of a facility to process raw hydrogen peroxide into an ultra-pure 31% concentration chemical. The facility required highly technical process PVDF piping, overhead piping racks, containment pits, and a Class 1,000 clean room. Included in the project was the setup and installation of an advanced technical digital control system for full plant monitoring of all devices and systems operations, and UPS and emergency generator systems for controls.
Expansion of MGC’s production line in the construction of a laboratory building with two ISO 6 Class 1,000 clean rooms serviced by a water-cooled chiller central plant. The project featured process equipment and piping installation, including a 200-ton chiller for process cooling, stainless steel material tanks, and PTFE-lined stainless steel tanks for finished product storage.
BUILDINGS 8 & 9
New construction of a Class 100 clean room within an existing metal building to provide a drumming line for high-purity hydrogen peroxide. The project included gravity feed conveyors and motorized conveyor over a load scale and drum filling station. The panelized wall clean room included an air shower, gowning room, and viewing windows for customer presentation of the high purity drumming process.
