The integrated Kitchell Facility Management Team (KFM) is managing a long-term contract for VSP’s approximately 700,000+ SF Corporate Campus Headquarters in Rancho Cordova CA, including a new state of the art production lab in Folsom, CA. KFM is providing a team of facility management professionals and technicians to perform campus-wide subcontractor management, hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance, data center maintenance, CMMS management, facility condition assessments, capital improvement plans and 24/7 on-call response. In December 2016, Kitchell expanded these services to include maintenance responsibilities for VSP’s Eastern Operations Center in Columbus, Ohio.
