Kitchell began construction in a Temporary Preliminary contract, enabling work to start immediately. Working closely with the architect, we put together a schedule outlining 3,000 items in 21 days with a 90-day quick start program. At the height of construction, there were more than 800 workers onsite with more than 40 trades working in tandem. The team incorporated more than $11 million of owner changes and Kitchell successfully turned over interim areas; including kitchens, loading docks and other behind-the-scenes areas; three months before opening.
