  • University of Arizona Health Sciences Education Building

    The Kitchell team began maintaining this 268,000 SF building when it opened in 2012. The facility serves the UA College of Medicine – Phoenix, the College of Public Health, the College of Pharmacy and NAU’s College of Health and Human Services. The environments in this high-tech facility enable high-fidelity simulations and sophisticated media capture.

  • VSP Global Headquarters

    Our long-term contract for VSP’s approximately 700,000 SF corporate campus in Rancho Cordova, CA includes a new state-of-the-art production lab. We manage campus-wide subcontractors, conduct hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance, data center maintenance, CMMS management, facility condition assessments, capital improvement plans and offer 24/7 on-call response.

  • University of Arizona Cancer Center

    We provide full maintenance services, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementation and a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for this 220,000 SF, five-story building, which serves as an outpatient cancer research and treatment center operated by Dignity Health’s St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Up to 80 percent of the building is climate controlled via air terminal units feeding chilled beam technology, one of the first chilled beam systems in Arizona.

  • Peralta Community College District Merritt College

    The new four-story, 110,000 SF Barbra Lee Center for Science and Allied Health Building in Oakland, CA houses anatomy, physiology, genomics, geology, physics, microbiology, radiology, chemistry, math and computer classrooms. We provide transitional building maintenance & operations, retro commissioning, warranty tracking, preventative maintenance programming and CMMS integration services.
