Bringing peace of mind to our clients.

Clients tell us they know we are managing their facilities well because their phone has stopped ringing. That’s why they regularly ask us to return and expand our services. But, we can’t tell our story any better than our clients.

The International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) breaks down the scope of Facilities Management (FM) into two distinct categories: 1) Strategic, and 2) Tactical. Kitchell Facilities Management (KFM) has you covered. We bring extensive expertise in managing all aspects of critical environments both strategically and tactically. Our in-house licensed professionals can advise our clients on how to forecast costs or when it is appropriate to renovate, renew or replace a facility, and our on-site tactical experts handle nearly any operations & maintenance need 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our technology platform will support any client platform and is focused on service excellence and efficiency.

We manage critical environments for several major organizations including internet organizations, health services, corporate headquarters, biotechnology and medical device companies to manufacturing and warehouse complexes. Our proprietary hyper-data center heat containment system saves the world’s largest online retailer 30% in energy costs over the competition. Our Integrated Facilities Management services encompass data infrastructure, project management, procurement, contracting and intermediate and main-distribution frame closets among other uses. Our work requires maintaining impeccable, highly-controlled & secure environments at any time of day, and throughout the year.

The word Partnership is perhaps overused. What Partnership means to KFM, is that resourcefulness, tenaciousness, confidence, selflessness, and loyalty define us. Most of all, we do what’s right. But these words don’t measure up to those of our clients.
