A $140 million project consisting of 150,000 GSF of OSHPD-3 compliant outpatient and clinical facilities that will help support the Jacobs Medical Center, built on a 3.5 acre site located on the La Jolla campus.  The project consolidates and centralizes several outpatient surgical services and integrates them with diagnostics and physical therapy to support all elements of patient care.  Specific program uses include ambulatory surgery, outpatient imaging, physical therapy and disease specific clinics that focus on pain, urology, musculoskeletal care, breast care and infusion. The project is targeting a LEED Silver certification.
