For the @uarizona Center for Sleep, Circadian & Neuroscience Research, tight coordination with the design team was essential — delivering a fully isolated research environment with circadian-mimicking light controls and a 35-foot IV pass-through that protects study integrity without entering the room. Three Kitchell projects earned @dbianational Awards of Merit last night — and one stood in the spotlight: the @ucsandiego Theatre District Living and Learning Neighborhood. Through COVID disruptions, supply chain setbacks, and shifting timelines, our team and partners found creative solutions that kept the project moving — and the results speak for themselves.
